Highlights of the event:

1) Our aim to live in a world where violence has no place.

 2) Our purpose is to motivate people across the globe to  face all  the challenges come in their life with calmness and to manage every  situation with non-violence.

How and where would the event be organised? 

The Global Gandhi  Peace Award will be  given to most eminent leaders of the world on International Non-Violence Day (2nd October ) At 1PM  INdian Time Zone 

The Global Gandhi  Peace Award would be given this time on online platform  globally as  world is facing CORONA Pandemic and to maintain social distancing is the primarily important to save everyone.  

One of the major reasons to conduct award online, is that,by this  most of the people can become the part of the program and get motivated to maintain peace worldwide.

The main motive of our non profit organisation behind this, is our willingness to spread the values, ideals and philosophies of Mahatma Gandhi, globally.

The event will start with remembrance of Mahatma Gandhi , his values towards peace , followed by Discussion on how to keep world violence free in which valuable speakers across the world will take part and share their views , afterwards the prestigious Global Gandhi Peace Award will be announced.

The international selection committee will select 51 most deserving persons from world to whom this award will be given.

World celebrates International Non-Violence  Day on October 2nd  in honour of birth anniversary of Father of Indian Nation Mr.M.K.Gandhi, so that his values, beliefs and ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for all worldwide.

It was his strength and dedication which led to the world towards a Peaceful environment,

To celebrate the great contribution of Mahatma Gandhi  and to ensure that his philosophy of Non –Violence continue as a guiding star for world  his birth anniversary is celebrated as of International Non-Violence Day.

Conclusion :

This award is being given because it is the high time in world to create awareness of peace and not to become violent in any situation.

Every person has to understand that if we want to survive further there would be no place  of violence in our life neither individually nor socially  . And this would be the best way to celebrate  The International Day of Non-Violence, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, leader of the Indian independence movement and pioneer of the philosophy and strategy of non-violence.
