2 *व्यापार की पूरी जिम्मेदारी* व्यापारी की।
3 व्यापार जमाने या चलाने के लिए *पूरी तरह से मेहनत करता है।*
4 *नुकसान होने पर कोई सरकार की जिम्मेदारी नही।*
5 लेकिन मुनाफा में *सरकार का हक होता है, टैक्स के रूप में।*
6 अपने पैसे से अपना व अपने *परिवार का इलाज या दवाइयां करता है।*
7 *अपने पैसे से सभी यात्रा* (पारिवारिक या व्यापारीक) करता है।
8 अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के लिए *अपने पैसे से पढ़ाई का खर्च* उठाता है।
9 *व्यापारी कभी रिटायरमेंट नही* लेता व न ही रिटायर होने पर कोई सरकार से पेंशन पाता है।
10 व्यापारी को *कोई महंगाई भत्ता नही* मिलता।
11 व्यापारी को *कोई छुट्टी नही,* अगर जाना है तो परिवार के एक सदस्य की अतिरिक्त डयूटी।
12 सबसे बड़ी बात व्यापारी समान बेचकर जनता से *टैक्स वसूल कर सरकार को जमा देता है,* जिसकी कोई तनख्वाह या कमीशन सरकार से नही मिलता।

इसके विपरीत सराकर की नौकरी में सभी कुछ है, उसकी मेहनत की तनख्वाह, भत्ता, यात्रा भत्ता,परिवार व स्वंम का इलाज, मँहगाई भत्ता,रिटायर होने पर एक निश्चित पेंशन। इन सबके बाद भी उसे माह में काम से कम 4 से 6 छुट्टी।

पीयूष पंडित SC /ST एक्ट पे अपने विचार प्रकट करते हुए 

चलिए सरकार आपका ये हुकुम भी सर माथे पर कि SC/ST एक्ट के तहत बिना किसी सबूत के.. भले ही झूठा ही केस क्यों न हो। सवर्ण जाति को अंदर कर दिया जाएगा। थर्ड डिग्री इस्तेमाल की जाएगी, उसे भी बढ़कर कूटा जाएगा। उसके साथ उसके परिवार को भी प्रताड़ित किया जाएगा। 

लेकिन सरकार, माई-बाप इतना तो बता दो कि आपकी जांच प्रणाली का भी कोई हिसाब किताब होगा की नही कि कब तक जांच चलती रहेगी। अगर आप की सुस्त जांच प्रणाली वर्षों तक चलती रही जैसा कि लगभग सभी केसों में होता है। तो बच्चे का तो भविष्य बर्बाद हो गया। 4 साल बाद आप उसे बोलते हैं कि जांच पूरी हुई। तुम निर्दोष हो। अब बेचारा निर्दोष होकर भी क्या करेगा?? उसका भविष्य तो बर्बाद। चलिए ये भी स्वीकार। लेकिन क्या कोई ऐसा कानून बनायेंगें जिससे झूठा आरोप लगाने वाले को भी कोई सजा मिले। अथवा झूठा आरोप लगाना भी पिछड़ी जातियों का हक बना देंगें??

ON Dec 21'2018, we had visited Prayagraj with enthusiastic team of Swarna Bharat Parivaar to observe and introspect what our team had done in Prayagraj to achieve our mission & vision.

First of all we had visited AZAD PARK, prayagraj and gave tribute to the statue of Amar Shahid Chandershekhar Azad Ji and motivated and influenced my team members to work like Chandershekhar Azad Ji to serve the Nation.

Followed by this me and my team members visited to Hanuman Temple and paid visit to Saint Anandgiri Maharaj to get his blessings.

And thanked Hanuman Ji for overthrowing the people out of the rule who disowned him as well. Afterwards we gave tribute to respected Subhash Chandra Bose by showering Flowers on his statue.

Press conference was organized in Prayagraj to discuss the policies of Swarna Bharat Parivaar & social issues on which we are working. Peeyush Pandit, Chairman, Swarna Bharat Parivaar responded to the questions of journalists and motivated youth to follow the path of service. Added to this Swarna Bharat Parivaar will provide Camp to the Devotees coming to Prayag, and more than 1000 members will be always ready for the service.

Being a responsible citizen of my country I believe everyone should be treated equally and keeping this in mind me and my team of Swarna Bharat Parivaar reached to the home of Atul Shukla, A murder case took place in Pratapgarh.

We are determined with our steps and visions and are doing hard work to achieve our vision and mission,  it is very sad to see guilty person are roaming around and innocent person is made guilty. To stop this kind of practice we directly reached to the Atul Shukla's place and again raised the voice for "JUSTICE".

We there met his father and other relatives who are full of agony & anger as they are not satisfied with the work & decision of the government, as culprits are not arrested yet.

I have directly attacked the government saying that by each passing day upper caste is being tortured to next level. Because if same situation happened with any DALIT or any other Low Caste all the political parties and government officials would have raised voice and made an political issue of it. We all can see in upcoming LOK SABHA Elections how it will affect the nation. We further added to it, if concrete steps are not taken on early basis than they have to face the consequences. We also appealed the central government to constitute the Upper House Commission  otherwise Government will see what Swarna People are capable of!

Press conference and a successful meeting was able to organised under the great supervision of Sh. Girish Ojha, Raebareli. Near about 500 people took active part in this meeting and shown interest in the development of Golden India. Added to this few new agendas were added to our tour today, in which Ayodhya, Gorakhpur Siddhartha Nagar, Bhadohi, Banaras is the main. Our team will travel to these places as well to understand the need, requirement and mindset of the General Public.

December 21: Meeting at Prayagraj with all the activist and participation in several events followed by the blessings from International Saint Anand Gargi ji and closure of the day will be made by attending the spritual Ganga Aarti at Banaras.

An Evil Attack on Society by Amit Shah : Unexpected Discussion

It is very sad to talk today on this topic how Bhartiya Janta Party is hell bent to remain in position for next 5 Years.

In light of this recently, Sh. Amit Shah, President of Bhartiya Janta Party blamed the middle class Businessman to rob the Indian Economy, he forget the all support they had given to Bhartiya Janta Party and just in seconds he blamed all to them instead of accepting their concerns.

This is very humiliating for Baniya Society, who are suffering most due to the existing government and government is calling them thief just due to New International Market Entrants. This is how Indian Politics is.
