Peeyush Pandit, Chairman , Swarna Bharat Parivaar, started December visit to different districts of Uttar Pradesh along with the team and this visit is dedicated to the above mentioned Agendas.

Women's Development For The Inspiring Women Of India
Peeyush Pandit believes Gender equality is, first and foremost, a human right. A woman is entitled to live in dignity and in freedom from want and from fear. Empowering women is also an indispensable tool for advancing development and reducing poverty. Empowered women contribute to the health and productivity of whole families and communities and to improved prospects for the next generation. Yet discrimination against women and girls - including gender-based violence, economic discrimination, reproductive health inequities, and harmful traditional practices - remains the most pervasive and persistent form of inequality. Women and girls bear enormous hardship during and after humanitarian emergencies, especially armed conflicts. And to minimize this Swarna Bharat Parivaar is dedicated to empower women by supporting them in various ways.

2. Inception of the idea behind this cause.Kambal Vitran Yojna

Your personal experiences are ironic and leaves a remarkable scar on
you. I still remember the tear-jerking moment when i was at Chitrakoot. I
went there with my family to worship.
Chitrakoot is a small town, which is situated in the north Vindhyan
range. Legends have it that Chitrakoot was the place where Lord
Rama, his wife Sita and his brother Lakshmana stayed for eleven and
half of their fourteen years of exile. Chitrakoot is located over the
districts of Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh and Satna in Madhya Pradesh.
It was mid December of 2015, Temperature over there went down to
seven degrees. Everyone in the precincts of temple was shivering due
to cold. As I was about to enter the temple, I saw few beggars with
bowls in their hands, singing religious songs in a pathetic voice, that
evokes the pity for them. One of them was disabled. But, that didn’t
shock me. What grabbed my attention was that they were all dressed
in torn clothes. All of them shivering, the freezing cold could be felt
from their shivering voice and teeth chattering due to cold while
asking for alms, money, food and clothes.
I was all shattered seeing their poor condition. I immediately took off
the shawl that I was wearing and offered it to the crippled beggar and
then spent around ten thousand rupees from the SWARNA BHARAT
PARIVAAR’s fund to buy warm clothes and blankets for all the
beggars and homeless people of chitrakoot.
This hit me with the fact that if there are hundreds of homeless in this
small town then there must be thousands of such in the whole district
and lakhs in the state and around nation.

3 National Youth Development Programe

Opening of Skill Development Centers in different districts.
• Giving employment to them depending on their skills.
• Personality Development classes to bring back their own lost confidence and self representation.
• To help women to make their own identity.
• The power of Internet - utilization of internet has open the roads of knowledge and awareness related to the various field, it increased the social interactions between the far way people and influences the women.
Benefits of Women Empowerment
It leads to increase the confidence of women in various fields and decrease their dependency on others with respect to financial requirements as well as decision-making ability.
• increase their ability to make the contribution for well being of society.
• they will able to gain respectful position in the society.
• their participation will help in the growth of the GDP of the country.
Other aspect on which Peeyush Pandit focused is the younger generation of our Country and how their energies and talent can be best channelized for the betterment of the society. The need to create value in the lives of our Youths has given rise to various calls for inculcating entrepreneurship skills amongst them. Our Youths presently live in an environment predominant with the influences of parents, schools, peer groups, government policies, social values and the wave of internet related issues. All these work to shape the thinking and direction of our youths positively or negatively. In the positive sense, the mind and thought of these youths become properly and positively directed to face the issues of life, while the reverse becomes the opposite. Swarna Bharat Parivaar have taken small effort to encourage youth for self betterment.
• Various Skill development Centers to be opened.
• Mentorship & Focus
• Vocational Training Centers
• Motivational & Entrepreneurial Classes
• Employment Opportunities
Youth are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but also the partners of today. Young people are social actors of change and progress. They are a crucial segment of a nation’s development. Their contribution, therefore, is highly needed.
We hope you all will all support us and volunteer with us.
